Michael Dunkelman
I’m a Mid-Level Product Designer at PTC with a Computer Science foundation. I specialize in turning complexity into clarity—designing experiences that are both intuitive and technically sound, through a combination of UX design and user research.
My recent work centers on Identity and Access Management solutions for both internal and external users, focusing on workflows like authentication (OAuth 2.0, SSO, login/MFA), provisioning, permissions, and auditing.
